We highly recommend exploring our feature lists and documentation before making a payment.
3.Exemptions: If a payment error occurs (e.g., double-deduction for a single transaction), please share the payment receipt with our support team. Verified duplicate charges will be processed and automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
